And here comes my x-mas gift
Califone (remember) also have a long LP, which I can't find anywhere in this internet (no service, no success) and the first track is called "x-mas tigers". Isn't that cute? X-mas tiger, let me be your x-mas tiger - roarrr! And now I'm doing the forbidden thing: not only giving the lo-fi playlist but also provide a 128kbps version of that song - this is my first x-mas present for you ... aeh, for me.

Ok, here comes the audiosample for me
As I have been begging myself so dearly (making my own traffic), here comes the fulfilling of wish number one (xmas-ideas later): Audiosamples from Lou Reed's latest (summer) album Ecstasy. We all know, Lou Reed has had his ups and downs and we have been worrying about his depression lately which has already been lasting for decades now. But this album is quite nice here and there, in spite of the scaring cover. Of course he still wants to proof himself as a rock'n roll animal sometimes but not always and these are the good spots then. But first get trough the first song in the playlist and suffer some paranoia r'n r.

Listen!
I'm going out now - for breakfast. Yes I know, it's 2:30 pm, don't tell me! And when I come back and you have been keeping out of mischief (or write some dear postings on notes) I will think about giving you some more terrific musicsamples (dt: Hörproben) or more ideas for xmas-gifts. So?

Another idea for xmas-presents
Divine Interventions have dildo-gifts that make you feel as if popping was the most holy thing you could do on christmas-eve. From the Virgin Mary or Jackhammer Jesus to Judas, christian ladies will be satisfied. [via LinkMachineGo]

Hefte raus - Klassenarbeit!
By accident I stumbled over (= an other expression for surfing) Helge Schneider's Homepage. "Hefte raus - Klassenarbeit!" is his latest stroke (what a titel!) and I thought you might be interested in some of it's content and so selected "Umschulung" and "Katzenoma".

Tuesday at the bar modern
*A tibute to the Residents*, presented live by Pure, Dieb 13, Harald Waiglein, Fritz Ostermayer, Jetlag, Der Chor der Gefangenen and some DJs (one of them is called Michaela). Seems to be a merit-show (Leistungsschau?) of more or less unknown Austrian wizzes. As I know nearly all of them I can promise a painful, irritating but also interesting and amusing evening. Rhiz on Tuesday, Dezember 12.

Take some minutes rest
I've been pointed twice to Sigur Rós now, the other night by Verena and tonight by loopnet - which is worth visiting at times - and that must be a sign. Sigur Rós hail from iceland - slowly, floatingly and mysteriously. And if you have some minutes rest or want to feel over the clouds this evening, you should listen to this music and get lost.
